80 year old male patient came to opd with the c/o of shortness of breath
History of present illness
Patient has developed sudden onset of shortness of breath (grade lV) (he stopped  taking bronchodilators 2 days back ) brought to hospital

No H/O DM
No H/O HTN
No H/O TB
No H/O epilepsy
